END USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between NavInfo Europe B.V. and you (either an individual or a legal entity), for the use of the System (as defined below) provided to you. By accessing or otherwise using the System, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not access or use the System. NavInfo Europe B.V. will not and does not license and make the Software or Services available unless you agree to the terms of this Agreement. In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein, and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

1) Upon download from the Amazon Web Services Machine Learning Marketplace, permission to use, this software and any associated documentation is hereby granted by NavInfo Europe, B.V. specifically to the downloading personal or commercial AWS account.

2) In no event shall NavInfo Europe B.V. be liable to any party for direct, indirect, special, confidental, or consequential damages, Including lost profits, arising out of the use of this software and its documentation, even if NavInfo Europe has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

3) NavInfo Europe B.V. specifically disclaims any warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The software and accompanying documentation, if any, provided hereunder is provided "as is". While, from time to time NavInfo Europe B.V. may provide updates to this software, NavInfo Europe B.V. has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, updates, enhancements, or modifications.

4) You will have to bear the cost of AWS resources required to run this software, and NavInfo Europe B.V. will not fund or refund any such amounts resulting from usage of AWS resources.

5) You will not and will not allow any third party to: (a) decompile, disassemble, translate, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any  portion of the Software, in whole or in part, nor will you use any other method to trace, decompile, disassemble, or identify the source code of the Software or encourage or permit others to do so.

6) You agree to use this software in accordance with the AWS Customer Agreement (https://aws.amazon.com/agreement/).

7) This license will automatically terminate in the event you breach any of its terms. In the event of a claim of intellectual property infringement by any third party relating to the Application, NavInfo Europe B.V. may immediately terminate this Agreement.
