END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
for Fleetbase

1. Open-Source Edition (AGPL v3)

Fleetbase is offered under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 ("AGPL"). If you deploy or modify Fleetbase without a commercial subscription, your use is governed by the AGPL v3.0. You must comply with all of its terms, including making available your modifications under the same license.

2. Commercial Edition
----------------------
If you have purchased a Fleetbase commercial subscription through AWS Marketplace, your use is governed by the Fleetbase Commercial License ("FCL") available at https://flb-assets.s3.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/FCL-v1.pdf. Under the CLA, you receive the rights, warranties, and support described therein instead of AGPL obligations.
