Key Terms of the Tavant End User License Agreement (EULA):

1. License Grant: Tavant grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your internal business purposes.
2. Restrictions: You are not allowed to modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the software without prior written consent from Tavant.
3. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the software remain with Tavant. You do not acquire any ownership rights.
4. Confidentiality: You must maintain the confidentiality of the software and any related documentation.
5. Termination: The license can be terminated if you breach any terms of the EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy any copies in your possession.
6. Limitation of Liability: Tavant's liability is limited to the amount paid for the software, and they are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.


TMAP ORDER FORM
Tavant’s Aftermarket Analytics Platform (TMAP) CUSTOMER LICENSE ORDER FORM

(“Effective Date”) to license Tavant’s Aftermarket Analytics Platform (TMAP) product to be used by the 
Customer. The terms and conditions of this Order Form supplement and shall be governed by the terms and conditions 
of the Master Subscription Agreement as signed between the parties as of x Date (including amendments, 
addendums and exhibits signed thereafter) (the “Agreement”).

Terms & Conditions :
1. All the prices quoted here are in USD
2. Additional licenses if required by Customer, would be requested pursuant to a Change Request to be 
executed between the parties. 
3. Additional TMAP modules not included above would be priced and agreed between Tavant and Customer, 
and a new Order Form would be signed between Tavant and Customer. 
4. Additional Storage and Compute, if required would be determined at that point in time and a new 
Order Form would be signed between Tavant and Customer. The price mentioned here is for year 20xx. 
This price may vary for subsequent years, and Tavant and Customer will execute any changes to this price 
through a separate annual order form.
5. Payment shall be made as per the MSA between Customer and Tavant.
6. The prices stated exclude all taxes such as local, sales, service, value added tax and any other transaction 
related taxes payable on services received by Customer from Tavant. These would be extra and to be borne 
by Customer. If the Customer provides a valid Tax Exemption Certificate from the applicable authority in 
advance, Tavant will exclude those taxes in the invoice.
