GetPageSpeed LLC - NGINX-MOD on AWS Marketplace End-User License Agreement (EULA) Effective date: 2026-04-21 1. Parties This agreement is between GetPageSpeed LLC, a United States limited liability company ("GetPageSpeed", "we", "us"), and the AWS account holder who subscribes to and launches the GetPageSpeed NGINX-MOD AMI product ("Customer", "you"). 2. Product The product ("the Product") is an Amazon Machine Image containing: - NGINX-MOD, a patched and performance-enhanced distribution of NGINX published under the 2-clause BSD license (same as upstream NGINX). - Bundled dynamic and static modules, including nginx-module-gps-license, packaged by GetPageSpeed. - Default configuration, helper scripts, and systemd units for operation on AWS infrastructure. Upstream NGINX and the underlying Linux distribution (Amazon Linux 2023) are licensed by their respective authors; nothing in this agreement limits your rights under those licenses. 3. License While your AWS Marketplace subscription to the Product is active, GetPageSpeed grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product on Amazon EC2 instances launched from the Product AMI in your own AWS accounts, for your own internal use or to serve your own customers. You may not: - Redistribute the Product AMI outside your AWS organization. - Extract proprietary GetPageSpeed patches or the license module and ship them as part of a competing product. - Remove or circumvent license telemetry or the gps_license module. 4. Billing and support Billing is handled entirely through AWS Marketplace. GetPageSpeed does not collect payment information directly. Basic email support is included for the duration of your subscription: - info@getpagespeed.com - Best-effort response within 24 business hours. 5. Warranty and liability The Product is provided "as is". GetPageSpeed disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall GetPageSpeed's aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by Customer for the Product in the twelve months preceding the claim. 6. Termination Termination of your AWS Marketplace subscription terminates this agreement. Running instances continue to function within a 90-day grace period for the embedded license token; after that, the license module transitions to its configured enforcement mode (default: soft, logging only). 7. Governing law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. 8.
