End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Contextual Anomaly Detection (CAD) Algorithm

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and MeerKAT Inc. ("MeerKAT") for the Contextual Anomaly Detection (CAD) machine learning algorithm and any associated documentation, data, or other materials provided by MeerKAT (collectively, the "Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

GRANT OF LICENSE
MeerKAT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.

RESTRICTIONS
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not rent, lease, or sublicense the Software. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices on the Software.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All title, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images, text, and "applets" incorporated into the Software) are owned by MeerKAT or its suppliers. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
MeerKAT may provide you with support services related to the Software ("Support Services"). Use of Support Services is governed by MeerKAT policies and programs described in the user manual, in online documentation, or in other MeerKAT-provided materials.

TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, MeerKAT may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.

LIMITED WARRANTY
MeerKAT warrants that the Software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt. Any implied warranties on the Software are limited to ninety (90) days.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall MeerKAT or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if MeerKAT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MeerKAT is incorporated.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and MeerKAT concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties relating to the same.
