This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between Nextuple Inc and AWS governing the use of the ML-Powered Dynamic Safety Stock Optimization software . By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT
Licensor grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Software for internal business purposes, in accordance with this Agreement and any usage restrictions specified in the AWS SageMaker Marketplace.

2. RESTRICTIONS
User shall NOT:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.
Use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Circumvent any technological protection measures in the Software.
3. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Software is owned by Licensor and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User does not acquire any ownership rights in the Software.

4. UPDATES & SUPPORT
Licensor may provide updates or modifications to the Software at its discretion. Support services may be available as specified in the AWS SageMaker Marketplace listing.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if User breaches any terms. Upon termination, User must cease using the Software and delete all copies.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. GENERAL TERMS
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Licensor regarding the Software.
BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
