CFD Direct from the Cloud (Arm): End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)

CFD Direct from the Cloud (Arm) is a collection of software licensed under their own agreements. The components of the software are listed below with their respective licences and links to further information.

   Ubuntu (Linux): a collection of thousands of computer programs and documents created by a range of individuals, teams and companies; see Ubuntu Licensing (http://www.ubuntu.com/about/about-ubuntu/licensing) for further details.

   OpenFOAM: licensed under the GNU General Public Licence (GPL) v3 (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.en.html).

   Scotch and PTScotch: licensed under the CeCILL-C Free Software Licence Agreement (http://www.cecill.info/licences/Licence_CeCILL-C_V1-en.html).

   Open MPI : licensed under BSD3.

   CGAL: licensed under the Lesser GPL (LGPL) v3 (http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/lesser.html) and GPLv3, see the CGAL Licence (http://www.cgal.org/license.html) for details.

There is no separate EULA for CFD Direct from the Cloud (Arm).  Please note that CFD Direct, CFDDFC, CFD Direct from the Cloud, CFDDFC and the "3-purple/6-black squares" logo are trademarks of CFD Direct Ltd.  The logo is copyright 2015 CFD Direct.
