These terms (Terms) govern your use of the model package(s), as applicable, made available to you by the seller of record pursuant to this AWS Marketplace listing.

LICENSE. The Lyra-fr model is the property of LightOn, designed hereafter as “Seller”. The Seller or its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the algorithm(s) and/or Lyra-fr model package(s), as well as all related technology and intellectual property rights. Subject to the restrictions set forth below and your compliance with the AWS Customer Agreement or other agreement governing your use of services provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS Services), the seller of record grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access and use the algorithm(s) and/or Lyra-fr model package(s) solely in connection with your permitted use of AWS Services. Except as provided in this License section, you obtain no rights from the seller or record, its affiliates or its licensors to the algorithm(s) and/or Lyra-fr model package(s), including any related intellectual property rights.

RESTRICTIONS. Neither you nor any end user will use the Lyra-fr model package(s) in any manner or for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by these Terms. Neither you nor any end user will, or will attempt to (a) modify, distribute, alter, tamper with, repair, or otherwise create derivative works of the algorithm(s) and/or Lyra-fr model package(s), (b) reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the algorithm(s) and/or Lyra-fr model package(s) or apply any other process or procedure to derive the source code of any software included in the algorithm(s) and/or Lyra-fr model package(s) (except to the extent applicable law does not allow this restriction), or (c) resell or sublicense the algorithm(s) and/or model package(s) or any models created using the algorithms. 
Neither you nor any end user will attempt to (a) use the algorithm(s) and/or Lyra-fr model package(s) in connection with any spyware, virus, worm, time bomb, Trojan horse, or any other malicious or harmful code, or any software application not expressly and knowingly authorized by users prior to being downloaded or installed on their computer or other electronic device; (b) interfere or attempt to do so in any way with the functionality or proper functioning of the algorithm(s) and/or Lyra-fr model package(s).
You are solely responsible for making sure that your use of the algorithm(s) and/or Lyra-fr model package(s) does not break in any way these Terms or any agreement between you and anyone else.
