CubeBackup License Agreement

Please read the End-User License Agreement below. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement promptly return your distribution materials to the place you obtained them for a full refund or delete your trial package.

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and CubeBackup, Inc. License for the software product CubeBackup includes computer software, online or electronic documentation, and may include associated media and printed materials ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software CubeBackup, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, promptly return the entire unused  SOFTWARE PRODUCT, including all subscription updates that you may have received as part of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT , to the place from which you obtained it for a full refund and/or delete all files related to your trial demonstration version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

SOFTWARE LICENSE 

This SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT  is licensed, not sold.

1. TRIAL and REGISTRATION 
You are granted the right to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT without registration solely for the purposes of evaluating the performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for a period of no more than 14 days. If after that time continued use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is desired then the SOFTWARE PRODUCT must be registered with CubeBackup, Inc. If you are an entity, CubeBackup Inc. grants you the right to appoint an individual within your organization to use and administer the SOFTWARE PRODUCT subject to the same restrictions enforced on individual users.
2.Trial and purchase 
CubeBackup is not free software. You may use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 14 days. If you use this software after the 14 day evaluation period, you must buy the license.
3. Distribution of the trial version
You may copy the trial version of this software and documentation as you wish, and give exact copies of the original trial version to anyone, and distribute the trial version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. But you should not charge or requesting donations for any such copies however made and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products without the author's written permission.

4. Licensed copy 
One licensed copy of CubeBackup can be used by up to 3 computers. You may access the licensed copy of CubeBackup through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. 

5. COPYRIGHT.
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by CubeBackup, Inc. , its suppliers, or component vendors. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except that you may make one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for backup or archival purposes and install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on one or more computers as limited by and outlined in the grant of license above. 
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law, notwithstanding this limitation.

NO WARRANTY  
CUBEBACKUP IS SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AS TO  MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
