RenderVerse Subscription Purchased Services Agreement



IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING



This RenderVerse Subscription Purchased Services Agreement (this "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions under which Clunix.Inc. and/or its Affiliates ("CLINUX") makes available to you ("You") the Purchased Services described below during the subscription period. 


Do not access or use the Purchased Services until you have carefully read the following terms and conditions.  By accepting this Agreement, either by clicking a box indicating your acceptance or by using or accessing the Purchased Services, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.  If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its Affiliates to these terms and conditions, in which case the terms "You" or "Your" shall refer to such entity and its Affiliates.  If you do not have such authority or do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not access or use the Purchased Services.


This Agreement is effective between You and CLUNIX as of the date You accept it.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Subscription Access and Use


CLUNIX provides a nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Software as a service, solely for Your own internal and personal use, subject to the following requirements.


1.1 If You are a company, You must assign the subscription to one person within the company, and only that person may use or access the subscription or any subscription benefits.


1.2 The subscription provides You with access to the Software and associated benefits. When Your subscription concludes, You will no longer have access to the Software or any associated benefits and You must discontinue Your use of the Software.


1.3 CLUNIX reserves the right to change the benefits available under the subscription at any time without any notice to You, such as the version of the Software being made available or the Support Services.



2. Modifications to the Agreement.


We may modify this Agreement (including any Policies) at any time by posting a revised version on the RenderVerse in AWS marketplace. The modified terms will become effective upon posting or, if we notify you by email, as stated in the email message. By continuing to use the Service Offerings after the effective date of any modifications to this Agreement, you agree to be bound by the modified terms. It is your responsibility to check the RenderVerse Site in AWS marketplace regularly for modifications to this Agreement. We last modified this Agreement on the date listed at the beginning of this Agreement.
