SOFTWARE LISENCE CONTRACT
ABASUS COMPUTER CO.LTD. BodySYS Planning Software

1. This contract, between ABASUS COMPUTER CO.LTD. Software Industry and Commerce Co.Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "ABASUS") and Purchaser who rent the Software (hereafter referred to as "PURCHASER"), appraises the right of use within below stated lisence requirements of the BodySYS Studio Packaged Software (hereafter referred to as "Software") which is produced by ABASUS and includes restrictions concerning guarantee and responsibilities. 

2. Copyrights on all kinds of document in Software and its addition are belonging to ABASUS, it is put under protection of the law no.5846 intellectual and artistic works. 

3. Software is unmerchantable, untenantable to a third party. Assignment of Software with charge or free of charge to third parties are solely possible within the authorisation of ABASUS. 

4. ABASUS, rent the software with annual lisence fee to its PURCHASER. ABASUS, make the extension of lisense in 2 workdays at least after the annual lisence fee is transfered to the bank account by the PURCHASER.

5. ABASUS, after making out an invoice, PURCHASER cannot demand a refund. 

6.ABASUS, beginning from the value date of the Software, make a commitment to give updating and support service until the expiration date of lisence. 

7. Software, is freely guaranteed to programming mistakes. This guarantee, expires due to the abolishment of the software with legal and/or technological reasons.

8. ABASUS,cannot be seen as responsible from the damage or disappear of entered information as a results of client error, system failure, internet outage et cetera. 

9. ABASUS, in case of PURCHASER's request to on-site training, prepare the cost and notify the PURCHASER. After PURCHASER APPROVE and deposit the given invoice in the bank accout, on-site training is given/provided.
	
10. ABASUS, cannot be held responsible from arising out of material and legal consequences of correct or miss-use, or unlawful usage of the software


11. By any means financial liability that will be requested from ABASUS cannot be more than the delivered price of the software. 
 
12. This contract is valid throughout the PURCHASER pays the annual lisence fee. If client act as incongruent to the contract or do not pay the annual lisense fee, ABASUS can annul the contract unilaterally. (check if-clause)

13. The terms of this contract considered as adopted with the installement, running or use of the software  

14. ABASUS, have the right to increase the annual lisense fee of the software without exceeding PPI (Produser Price Index) ratio. 

15. It is hereby this contract includes 15 articles and Zonguldak Court Bailiff is authorized in/from contractual disagrements.
