The MathWorks, Inc. Agreement

You agree that your use of any MathWorks software made accessible through the AWS Marketplace (hereinafter the "Software") is governed by these terms and the terms of The MathWorks, Inc. Software License Agreement.  You agree that your right to access and use the Software through Amazon is personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable at any time, without written notice. You may not provide access to the Software to any other users. You agree that you will not access or use the Software without a valid Login Named User license. You also agree that you are solely responsible for any charges or fees associated with your use of services from Amazon Web Services. MathWorks does not warrant that your access and use of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
