Occasionally, you'll encounter a good egg, and the higher up the rungs you go, the more technical they are, BUT most of their immediate contacts do not really have a clue what they're doing. They just throw ideas at the wall to see if they stick which isn't conducive to a business environment.<br /><br />Elements of the console don't work or won't populate sometimes. We also liked the reporting which clearly identifies the machine, variant of malware and how it behaves. <br />This removes some of the guess work from explaining to your directors \"how did this happen?\" which they are going to ask. Another nice feature is the checking of online forms for malicious code which may compromise, passwords and credit card data.<br />They also didn't try to sell me what we didn't need, they simply explained the levels of protection and what you gain at each level which didn't make us feel pressured to buy more than we actually needed. <br />After purchasing our selected package their team remotely walked us through the setup of our cloud based server and gave us training on the different aspects of our package including deployment, organizing and how to make changes. <br />The interface is relatively easy to navigate but of course there is a learning curve and they were more than happy to answer any questions we had.I am very pleased with this product and the support we got was fantastic every step of the way which is also very important.</div><div style=\"font-weight: bold;margin-top:1em;\">What do you dislike about the product?</div><div>It would be nice if you can set certain hours for agent upgrades such as only done at night.</div><div style=\"font-weight: bold;margin-top:1em;\">What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?</div><div>We had lost confidence in our previous solution and we decided to run our previous Antimalware/Antivirus solution alongside the Sandblast. Also the support for browsers is limited to a few if you want the agent tied back to your orgs management console. In addition, you are only able to changes certain settings in the Smart Management console and not on the web app. This causes a bit of confusion when it comes to knowing where to go to inact a change or fix and issue.</div><div style=\"font-weight: bold;margin-top:1em;\">What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?</div><div>We are using the agent to prevent users from download and opening documents in their browser before they have been propperly scanned or striped of bad elements. We have notice a lot less malware alerts in our system as those elements are striped out from any download.
